Collaboration among pediatric practices to improve children’s health in the community through clinical quality improvements in areas including: Preventive care screenings and immunizations, integrated behavioral health delivery, complex care management of children and youth with special health needs, trauma-informed promotion of resilience and compassion informed care that is culturally and socially relevant, and other current priorities such as health plan partnerships and optimal COVID-19 care delivery.
