We are going hold a Zoom meeting for all of the PCPCH Champions! With the renewal dates for many of you just around the corner, we thought it would be great to provide a forum to ask questions of each other and to learn about resources available.
Please encourage your PCPCH champion to join us! And let us know if you are planning to attend by reaching out to Deborah (drumsey@ch-alliance.org).
And if you have a specific PCPCH Standard or question you would like to ask, please send it our way in advance so that we can ensure we ask it!
Following are some PCPCH resources:
- CHA PCPCH Discussion forum: we have added a PCPCH discussion thread to the CHA forum here. If you are already a member, you’ll have access to this new PCPCH discussion thread.
- CHA resources will be shared on the Member’s Only section of the CHA website here (we are currently populating it, so stay tuned as we develop the resources!)
- We have also populated ShareFile with a PCPCH folder with clinic-specific information.
- A list of areas we plan to assist you with are available on the CHA PCPCH website page.
