With all of the protected leave that is allowed in Oregon now, you have to be really careful that those who are out often under protected leave are treated equally. <p>Linguava and Passport to Languages state that their interpreters do not have to assist with paperwork if the interpreter chooses not to.  </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After looking into things further, the NCCI/PTP edits updated 10/1/25 and the vaccine CPT codes themselves will bundle the 90480 when given at the same DOS.  It wasn&#8217;t the other administration codes (90460/90461) it was just the other vaccines.  The edit still stands with CPT 90471 for admin though.  </p>

We don&#8217;t bill them very often, but also don&#8217;t have to get a prior auth for regular telemed (audio/video) either. Just odd that they are now picking out the audio only requiring the auth. </p>
